Services

The home care services provided are flexible and length of times can vary from a pop in call of ¼ hour to check you are alright, ½ hour, hourly or multiple hours visits during the day or evening.  Our aim is to listen to you and take into account everything that is important to you whilst focusing on your independence, rights to choice, dignity and respect. 

The service is available 365 days a year and inclusive of an on-call duty worker out of normal working hours.

We provide friendly, experienced and fully insured home carers in Harrogate and Settle who have all had a CRB check and references obtained.  All our staff receive mandatory training as required by CQC including supervisions and appraisals.  We exceed the National Minimum Standards for staff with NVQ Level 2 in care.  We believe staff training is an important element and invest in this area.
