Home Care Services in Settle
We offer high-quality home care in Settle from our satellite office in the town’s high street, where we have a shop selling equipment aids, continence products, and wheelchair accessories that assist and support people’s daily activities. We also have a dedicated training room, where we offer moving and handling equipment/training.

Our family-run agency has an experienced, dedicated and friendly team offering trusted care and support to people in the comfort of their own home. We provide services on behalf of the NHS, as well as to private clients and North Yorkshire County Council.
We provide tailored home care in Settle to people who have experienced a sudden illness, returned from hospital or are simply in need of extra support. Our services range from help with cleaning, shopping and personal assistance, right through to 24-hour care. We offer independence, dignity, respect, peace of mind, and rights to choice.
Continued Care helps people with complex health needs to move back to their own homes following a stay in a nursing home or hospital. We are highly experienced in managing the moving process and can provide up to 24-hour support to bring people home. We work closely with people and their families to create a care plan that meets their individual needs and respects their requirements.
Within the Settle community, we work in partnership with Pioneer Projects, a community-based arts and health charity, to support their social and creative activities for people living with dementia. We have a trusted and fruitful relationship with the charity, with referrals, advice and communication to families/carers going both to Continued Care and to Pioneer Projects.
We provide an experienced member of staff for one of Pioneer Projects’ weekly events, to ensure that people’s personal care and moving and handling needs are met safely. A selection of artwork from people attending the sessions is also displayed in our office window, to show the community the amount of creativity present in those who have a dementia.
