We believe staff training is hugely important and we invest significantly in training and developing the skills of our carers. ​We provide mandatory training for all our staff as required by the CQC including supervisions and appraisals. We exceed the National Minimum Standards for staff with NVQ Level 2 in care. We have a strong commitment towards career development and progression, and can provide support to attain QCF up to level 5 in care and leadership/management.
