Continued Care has a strong reputation as a great place to work, and we have a range of home care jobs in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Thirsk and Settle.

Our purpose is to offer the highest standard of care to our clients and we put our heart and soul into everything we do. This also includes looking after our own staff and ensuring they have the support and training they need to be happy and fulfilled in their jobs.

At Continued Care we consider staff training to be hugely important, not only in ensuring our care assistants are able to undertake the different tasks required of their role, but also to give them the opportunity to develop their own career path and progress within the company.

We provide mandatory training to all our staff as required by the CQC including supervisions and appraisals. We exceed the National Minimum Standards for staff with NVQ Level 2 in care. We have a strong commitment towards career development and progression, and can provide support to attain QCF up to level 5 in care and leadership/management.

If you are caring, committed and a good communicator, and are looking to work within an exceptional and professional business who will support you from start to finish, then join our team and enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Although previous home care work experience is not essential, we are looking for people with a caring nature and people who are open to learning and going the extra mile for others.
