Sharon is a real credit to the Continued Care team and fully deserves this recognition. She shows outstanding dedication to the people she cares for, consistently going above and beyond in her role and often completing additional tasks without being asked.
Her care notes are detailed and clear, which reassures social services and families when they are reviewed. Sharon genuinely cares about her clients and always passes on any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sharon’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care make a real difference every single day.
She is an excellent team player who gives 100% at all times and is a pleasure to work with. She supports both colleagues and new staff with professionalism and kindness.
Sharon was named Carer of the Month in December 2025 and went forward with all the other 2025 Carers of the Month to a vote by colleagues, managers and the people and families we look after.
As the winner of the award, Sharon was presented with flowers and a gift card by Continued Care’s director Samantha Harrison, registered manager Amanda Ramsay and care services manager Monica Tavares.
